ABOUT ME I am a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist in Burnet, TX. I grew up in Marble Falls, TX and am a graduate of Burnet High School and Baylor University. I have worked passionately in both the private practice setting and the public school setting for 11 years. I am a wife to Michael Barnard and mom to 5 sweet and rambunctious kids, ages 9, 7, 5 and 1. I am a previous foster parent, current adoptive mom, and a mom to twins! ABOUT KICKSTART KIDS I established Kickstart Kids Therapy in January 2023 in an effort to meet the needs of families in our area who are looking for personalized, productive therapy close to Burnet. Since then, I have worked with over a hundred families to kickstart effective communication in their toddlers and children. I specialize in language delays, speech sound disorders, and stuttering. INSURANCE AND FEES I am currently credentialed with BlueCross BlueShield of Texas. I also work with families who choose to do private pay and provide superbills upon request.
